Pass p\u00e5 \u00e5 rute opp svoren s\u00e5 den spriker. Hell p\u00e5 5 dl vann over gr\u00f8nnsakene igjen.\u00a0<br><br>Sett ovnen p\u00e5 95 gr. Sett inn ribbe med svorsiden opp (n\u00e5 uten folie og kaffekopper). Ta ut ribbe n\u00e5r det er 1 time til servering. Sett opp ovnen til 250 gr. Sett inn steketermometer. Sjekk at temp er 75-85 gr for \u00e5 v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5 at fettet smelter.
