La hvile mens l\u00f8k, hvitl\u00f8k og ingef\u00e6r hakkes opp. <br><br>Finn frem en jerngryte, ta i litt olje og sett p\u00e5 h\u00f8y varme. Kyllingen skal brunes litt og litt p\u00e5 alle kanter og f\u00e5 stekeskorpe, men den trenger ikke v\u00e6re gjennomstekt. Legg det stekte kj\u00f8ttet over i en dyp tallerken.<br><br>Kutt opp l\u00f8k og stek i samme kjelen som kyllingen. Tilsett litt mer olje og stek p\u00e5 h\u00f8y varme til l\u00f8ken har blitt gylden.<br><br>Bland i tomatpure, hvitl\u00f8k og ingef\u00e6r og stek videre i 5 minutter.<br><br>Hell i hermetiske tomater, kyllingkraft og kokosmelk bland godt sammen. La dette koke i 5 minutter f\u00f8r du kj\u00f8rer sausen glatt med en stavmikser.<br><br>Ta kyllingen tilbake i sausen, og la trekke i 30 minutter p\u00e5 svak varme.
